I’m Kristen Lane, a fitness professional with over 30 years of experience in coaching, athletic performance, and behavior modification. Since 1991, I have been dedicated to teaching skiing, developing a deep expertise in coaching that extends beyond the slopes. My career has been marked by persistence and resilience, exemplified by my pursuit of an Olympic campaign in sailing during my 40s—a testament to my understanding of the challenges inherent in any significant journey.
My personal experience with the pervasive effects of menopause has further deepened my commitment to supporting women during this transformative phase of life. Recognizing the profound physical and emotional changes that accompany menopause, I leveraged my background in functional strength training, corrective exercise, and behavior modification to create the In This Moment: Menopause Empowerment Blueprint™.
