But when I entered menopause, I was blindsided. The strength, energy, and confidence I had always relied on felt like they were slipping away—and no one had the answers I needed.
I refused to accept the idea that this was just "getting older." So, I did what I’ve always done—I dug in, studied the science, tested what worked, and built a system to take back control of my body, my mindset, and my well-being.
